These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the intmeet platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using intmeet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Use of Services

intmeet provides a browser-based meeting platform with integrated artificial intelligence features including real-time translation, live transcription, response suggestions, and smart meeting summaries.

You must be at least 18 years old to use intmeet. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

2. Account Registration

To host meetings, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Guests may join meetings without creating an account, subject to host approval. Guests are bound by these Terms with respect to their use of the Services during meetings.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use intmeet to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
  • Use the Services for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms

4. AI Features and Content

intmeet uses artificial intelligence to provide translation, transcription, response suggestions, and meeting summaries. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors.

You retain ownership of any content you create or share during meetings. By using our Services, you grant intmeet a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of intmeet may require payment. All fees are quoted in the currency specified at checkout and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated otherwise.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTMEET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
