intmeet uses artificial intelligence to process meeting content in real time. Audio and text data are transmitted to our AI providers for translation, transcription, and summarization purposes.

We do not use your meeting content to train AI models without your explicit consent. Processing is performed solely for the purpose of delivering the Services during your meeting.

4. Data Retention

Meeting recordings, transcripts, and summaries are retained for the period specified in your subscription plan. You may delete meeting data at any time from your dashboard.

Account information is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers who help us operate our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, AI processing)
  • Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights
